Peter Kirn, composer/media artist, Hunter College faculty, and writer (Macworld, Keyboard magazines, upcoming book Real World Digital Audio) will talk about the possibilities for creating Mac music and sound. An overview of new developments in easy music/soundtrack creation friendly even for non-musicians, powerful new synthesis techniques that merge science and art, and interactive possibilities that allow interactions across disciplines will be followed by open conversation and Q&A.
