Podcast Producer support Xsan and NFS shared file systems.Xsan is Apple Inc.'s high-performance shared disk file system for Mac OS X and Mac OS X Server. Xsan enables the sharing of one or more Xserve RAID devices with multiple Xserve or Macintosh systems, that allow computers can read and write to the same storage volume at the same time.
NFS is a network file system protocol jointly developed by Sun Microsystems and IBM in 1984.
