Microsoft lawsuit update: Both the States and Microsoft have presented their cases. Microsoft witnesses (including Bill Gates) were not arrogant in front of the judge, but actually well mannered. Microsoft says the States did not prove their case. States failed to successfully introduce key evidence (because of Microsoft tactics and other mix-ups). However, the States discredited many Microsoft witnesses and made most of their points. It is unclear what the judge thinks. After some more oral arguments this week and in mid-June, the judge will retire to chambers and make her decision.
