Introduction

Radmind uses special expressions or terminology that you may or may not be familar. Here is a list of this terminology with a brief description.

transcript

A transcript is a text file containing a list of lines describing the file system objects, like directories, files, links, etc. This description can be the entire file system (OS, software, users, ect) or specific portions like a OS update or software install, or a individual file system object. It includes attributes like size permissions, modification dates, and optionally checksums.
