Does radmind have "ignore" settings for certain files like RevRdist did for Mac OS 9?

Radmind has an ignore feature, negative transcripts, that is analogous to the "SuSi" parameter in RevRdist. So, it will ignore the file or folder on the client, but set certain attributes on it, like its owner, group, and permissions. It will not touch the contents, but will copy down missing items to the client if they are listed in a negative transcript.
