Are Radmind transcripts listed in the same order that the UNIX command sort would produce?

No. However, there is an "lsort" command available in the Radmind CVS repository.

If you are programmatically creating transcripts, you can use looping to create the necessary transcript lines for specific files/directories in the appropriate order.
